A small entry lobby opens out to the small fully equipped kitchen and the open plan lounge dining room. The lounge has an open fireplace and leads onto the terrace through the original sliding glass doors where there is a built-in BBQ with chimney. The terrace has been enclosed by the owner with another set of sliding glass doors.
The lounge and bedrooms have aircon and the bedrooms also have overhead fans. One bedroom has double doors opening to a Juliette Balcony.
Both bedrooms have ample storage with large built-in wardrobes.
The kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom windows were renewed a year ago. The windows have security blinds.
The kitchen was updated three years ago and one of the bathrooms two years ago.
